Great Lakes Technology was founded in 2010 by Nick Jackson. Nick was a partner in ZCSS and later bought the commercial repair division of ZCSS and formed Great Lakes Technology. Since 2010, Great Lakes Technology has grown tremendously due to the valued clients that support Great Lakes Technology. In 2021 Great Lakes Technology acquired the residential repair business from Geek Genius to expand it’s offerings & better serve the community. This came with residential computer repair/service as well as cell phone & tablet repair. In September of 2022, Great Lakes Technology acquired Solutions of Southwest Michigan. Solutions of Southwest Michigan has been offering printer/copier sales & service across Southwest Michigan for the last 17 years.
